This is how I made money today.

Today I met a guy name Amir. He's an air condition guy Esther called. Usually I wouldn't have met him since personally I don't need an AC unit around the house. It's cool enough and if not, I can meditate to cool myself. I can be just fine without it. But, I have others. ;) Anyway, I met Amir and talked. Again, usually, I'd have treated him just like another guy or whatever. But I talked to him this time. I mean I really talked to him. As I really talk, I could see him totally paying attention. I almost had to snap my fingers by force of habit. I realized that when you really talk to somebody, it's like really listening. Anyway by this time already he was talking about his coworkers, stress, etc., etc. Of course, I gave him a bit more talk by applying what I've learned and realized, and all of the sudden he was having a different look. He was becoming to understand more about other people. He was already a different person and less stressed then when he came. Guess what? I could feel that I just helped him somehow in his mind. And guess what? He gave us a great discount, probably close to 3K! I know this because I had one installed before on the other house. What else can you ask for more? We saved about 3K; better yet I put a little spec of light in him. Later, he said, "I don't care if I get the job. Can I have your phone number?" I grinned as I was telling him my number. Not because of the money that we saved, but the fact that I helped him BE and he appreciated it. He said as he was giving me the estimate, "This is a brother job quote." I thanked him. :) Bodhisattva

Pollock (2005): p.43) provides a teaching story that evocatively describes the "nature of a Bodhisattva" and mentions 'circumambulation' (Tibetan: skor ba):
